Do you provide a maintenance service?

Yes, within the product warranty period, we offer a free maintenance service. If the warranty period has expired, we can still repair it for you, but we will charge a fee case-by-case.

How do you ensure quality of wholesale & customized fiber optic products?

Many of our customers are fiber optic service providers, We know that the maintenance cost would be very high if the fiber products are of bad quality. So that quality is one of the most important factors when we evaluate a qualified original factories.

When you wholesale or customize any fiber optic products from us, We make sure they are experienced in this item after visiting their factories and talk with their engineers step by step.

After placing orders to them, We request 100% tested before package, Meanwhile, We will also check it before delivery.

If there are any problems in fiber optic products, You will enjoy 1 year warranty after delivery.

Can I get FREE Sample before purchasing?

Yes, Free sample is always available, most of time, We have FREE sample in stock, namely you can expect same day shipping for sample evaluation.

And as per our usual practice, You are invited to let us know your express account such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS etc. Otherwise, We may charge $18 to $99 for shipping cost.

What is your payment Terms?

We accept T/T in advance for normal orders, and sometimes Paypal for small orders.

Sorry for that we can not get payment via credit card for now.

How to claim for lost or missing or incorrect or damaged items?

You can raise a request on Return/Refund within 7 days after successful delivery or from the date you accepted the items. If delivery is unsuccessful, you need to raise a request within 30 days of order’s shipping date. We will strive to reach a decision regarding your claim within 7-10 business days and you can contact your account manager for more details.

What is the lead time for usual order?

It depends on the quantity of your order, usually the lead time would be 15-20 days for a 40″ containers. Most of small orders can be shipped out in 3-7 working days.

For better lead time, You can contact with our sales engineers when you get quotation from us.

Do you help us design fiber termination box with our own brand?

Yes, We have the ability to design and build a special mold for your request. There are 6 basic steps to get there.

• Open a new plastic injection molding
• Send you sample after molding
• Bulk order production

Then you can have special fiber termination box only, We won’t sell any of them.
